Купил недавно свой первый джип 2000 Montero Sport, ключ дали только один, иммобилайзера небыло вообще.Заехал к дилеру, 2й ключь+иммобилаизер 250$ :shock: , полез в Инет и купил брелок иммобилайзера за 15$ новый.Мне дали интрукцию,там написано что под рулём находиться блок DCI(ну или как-то так) и что надо замкнуть контакт1 этого блока на корпус, повернуть ключём в положение старт 3 раза, двери закоются и откроются, далее нажать "lock" 3 раза и дело в "шляпе".
Теперь проблема, после замыкания 1ого контата на корпус перегорает предохранитель освещения салона и замолкает магнитола, пробовал 2 раза.Спалил 2 предохранителя :?: , может кто-то програмировал иммобилайзер сам или знает какой-нибудь сайт, помогите.
Уж очень 250$ жалко.Хотя со своим может будет и дешевле, хотя они мне еще че-нибудь напихают, я этих "жуков" знаю.

Замыкать надо контакт на колодке диагностики :D

ANSWERBACK FUNCTION CUSTOMIZATION
Activating/Deactivating Hazard Answerback Function
Ensure key is removed from ignition. While pressing UNLOCK switch for 4-10 seconds, push LOCK button on transmitter. Go to next step.
To activate or deactivate hazard answerback function customization feature when doors are unlocked, go to next step. To activate or deactivate hazard answerback function customization feature when doors are locked, release LOCK button then UNLOCK button on transmitter. ETACS-ECU will sound indicating that it is ready to be switched. Push LOCK button on transmitter again to activate or deactivate hazard answerback function. If ETACS-ECU sounds onece when LOCK button is pushed, hazard answerback function is enabled. If ETACS-ECU sounds 2 times when LOCK button is pushed, hazard answerback function is disabled.
To activate or deactivate hazard answerback function customization feature when doors are unlocked, release UNLOCK button then LOCK button on transmitter. ETACS-ECU will sound indicating that it is ready to be switched. Push UNLOCK button on transmitter again to activate or deactivate hazard answerback function. If ETACS-ECU sounds once when UNLOCK button is pushed, hazard answerback function is enabled. If ETACS-ECU sounds 2 times when UNLOCK button is pushed, hazard answerback function is disabled.
To exit hazard answerback function customization feature, turn ignition switch to position other than LOCK or open driver's door. If system remains inactive for at least 3 minutes after ETACS-ECU has entered customize mode, hazard answerback function customization feature will cancel automatically.
Activating/Deactivating Horn Answerback Function
Ensure key is removed from ignition. While pressing LOCK switch for 4-10 seconds, push UNLOCK button on transmitter. Go to next step.
To switch between activating or deactivating horn answerback function customization feature, release LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously. If ETACS-ECU sounds once when LOCK and UNLOCK buttons are released, horn answerback function is enabled. If ETACS-ECU sounds 2 times when LOCK and UNLOCK buttons are released, horn answerback function is disabled.
RKE TRANSMITTER
NOTE: Transmitter programming should be performed only after verifying that door lock operates normally using key. All transmitter codes must be registered when Electronic Time Alarm Control System (ETACS) ECU is replaced, a new transmitter is to be added, or a problem with a registration code is expected. Scan tool must be used to register transmitters.


Two different transmitters may be registered per vehicle. When a new code is registered for a transmitter, all additional transmitters used must be reprogrammed to new code.

Ensure ignition switch is in LOCK position. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). DLC is located under left side of dash, next to center console. Scan tool will ground DLC connector terminal No. 1 to activate secret code registration mode. Within 10 seconds after connecting scan tool turn ignition switch to ON position for one second and to OFF position for one second 3 times.
Door should lock and unlock indicating system has switched to registration mode. Press any button on RKE transmitter one time and then 2 more times within 10 seconds. Doors will lock and unlock indicating that registration is complete. If registering a second transmitter, repeat procedure used to register first transmitter within one minute of registering first transmitter.
System will terminate registration mode when 2 transmitters have been registered, one minute after system has switched to registration mode and no action is taken, scan tool is disconnected, or ignition switch is turned to ON position. After registration is complete, remove ignition key and close all doors. Ensure keyless entry system operates properly.

Immobilizer Systems - Montero Sport
DESCRIPTION & OPERATION
WARNING: Deactivate air bag system before performing any service operation. See AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article. DO NOT apply electrical power to any component on steering column without first deactivating air bag system. Air bag may deploy.


The immobilizer system consists of ignition key, key ring antenna, immobilizer-ECU, and Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Ignition key has built-in transponder. Key ring antenna is installed on steering lock key cylinder.

The ignition key transponder is powered by the ignition ring antenna and sends back an encrypted code. The ignition key antenna receives the encrypted code and determines whether ignition key is a registered key or not. Only the registered ignition key will permit engine to start. Immobilizer system has self-diagnostic function and can output Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). If immobilizer system immobilizes engine, an additional DTC will be stored in PCM.

PROGRAMMING
NOTE: Ensure ignition switch is in LOCK position before connecting or disconnecting scan tool.


INTRODUCTION
If ignition key, immobilizer-ECU or Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is replaced, or an ignition key is added, encrypted codes of all the ignition keys must be registered. A maximum of 8 ignition keys may be registered. See FUNCTION SELECTION .

If PCM is replaced, immobilizer-ECU should be replaced with it. Each PCM has an encrypted code for immobilizer-ECU. The PCM encrypted code is registered in immobilizer-ECU using MUT-II Scan Tool (MB991502). If immobilizer-ECU has been replaced, scan tool must be used to input password. See FUNCTION SELECTION . Obtain current password from vehicle owner.

Key ID registration (encrypted code) and password set are entered from special function menu. If key ID registration (encrypted code) and password set cannot be used, check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). After repairs, continue with special function menu selection(s).

If wrong password is entered 5 times in a row, immobilizer-ECU will determine an unauthorized operation is being attempted. Start-prevention mode will be set, engine operation will stop, and all special functions will be disabled. If ignition switch is turned to ON position and left on for about 20 minutes, start-prevention mode will be cancelled.

FUNCTION SELECTION
Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Connect MUT-II Scan Tool (MB991502) to Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition switch to ON position.
From immobilizer menu, select SPECIAL FUNCTION. To register key identification (encrypted code), see KEY ID REGISTER (ENCRYPTED CODE REGISTRATION) . To change immobilizer system password, see PASSWORD SET .
After registration procedure, turn ignition switch to LOCK position and leave off for at least 10 seconds. Ensure each ignition key can start engine. Ensure immobilizer and PCM DTCs do not reset. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position before disconnecting scan tool.
KEY ID REGISTER (ENCRYPTED CODE REGISTRATION)
NOTE: Using key ID register function will erase all key IDs (encrypted codes) that have been previously registered in immobilizer-ECU. All keys (8 maximum) need to be registered and should be available during procedure. DO NOT disconnect scan tool halfway through registration process. After registering key IDs, ensure all registered keys will start engine.


Obtain 4-digit password from vehicle owner. Connect MUT-II scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). See FUNCTION SELECTION . From special function menu, select KEY ID REGISTR. Using left, right, up and down keys, enter 4-digit password obtained from vehicle owner. After entering password, press "Y" key.
If wrong password is input 5 times in a row, scan tool screen will display CAN'T EXECUTE FOR 20 MIN. DUE TO WRONG PASSWORD. Immobilizer-ECU will switch to start-prevention mode.
If immobilizer system accepts password, insert key to be registered in ignition switch. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Press "Y" to start key ID registration. When key registration is successful, scan tool screen will display COMPLETED. If error occurs during key ID registration, scan tool screen will display CAN'T EXECUTE. See TEST NO. 2: REGISTERING IGNITION KEY NOT POSSIBLE under SYSTEM TESTS. If key has already been registered, scan tool screen will display KEY ID HAS BEEN REGISTERED.
The number of keys currently registered will be displayed on scan tool screen. To register an additional key, replace ignition key with next key to be registered within 5 seconds and press "Y" key. Continue registering keys up to a maximum of 8 keys. After last key is registered, press "N" key.
PASSWORD SET
NOTE: Password must be 4 digits. Each digit must be a value from zero to 9. After password is changed, ensure vehicle owner gets a copy of NEW 4-digit password.


Obtain password from vehicle owner. Connect MUT-II scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). See FUNCTION SELECTION . From special function menu, select PASSWORD SET. Enter current 4-digit password. Using up and down keys, enter password digit from zero to 9. Using left and right keys, move to next password digit. When password is entered, press "Y" key.
If wrong password is input 5 times in a row, scan tool screen will display CAN'T EXECUTE FOR 20 MIN. DUE TO WRONG PASSWORD. Immobilizer-ECU will switch to start-prevention mode.
If correct password is entered, screen will display PLEASE ENTER A NEW PASSWORD. Enter new 4-digit password as described in step 1 . After new password is entered, press "Y" key.
If new password is successfully registered, scan tool screen will display COMPLETED. If new password is not successfully registered, scan tool screen will display CAN'T EXECUTE.

Спасибо за инфу, извините за "полит" инкорректность , мне нужно програмирование для ДУ центрального замка,незнал как правильно называеться по-русски.
Просто когда я уезжал зелёным пацаном в 19 лет я о машине только мечтать мог, время такое было.Так что первую свою гаику отвернул уже за кордоном, поэтому я знаю английские названия запчастей и деталей машины, но абсолютно не представляю как они называються у нас.У меня даже смешая история была, где-то через пол-года после переезда мне необходимо было обнаружить и починить стуки в двигателе на скоросто 45-60 миль в час, я по форумам мне говорят смотри "свечи", прогорели наверно и возгораються с опозданием,я пришел в магазин запчестей и говорю что мне необходимы "candales for my car", так на меня пол магазина смотрело и смеялось спросили откуда я и сказали что"свечи" в Америке уже лет 100 не ставят, разве что на похоронные кадилаки.
Теперь непосредственно по вашей информации, сказано Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC), то биш нужен Scan tool то есть чего-то надо купить на один раз :( . Я на форумах нашел что можно обойтись без оборудования просто замкнуть между собой 1й и 4й контакты, ну а дальше по схеме с поворотом ключей и так далее.Сегодня поеду за коробкой предехранителей и буду эксперементировать.
Все равно огромное спасибо.

OMRON TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING - HOW TO REGISTER THE SECRET CODE:


Each transmitter has its own stored secret code. When replacing the transmitter, receiver, or when an RKE problem is diagnosed as a secret code registration fault, the secret code must be registered in the receiver EEPROM. Since only two different codes can be stored in the EEPROM memory, when the registration procedure below is repeated twice, the old previously-registered code will be cleared. Registration of the secret code should only be done after confirming with the key that the door lock function operates correctly.

Check that all doors lock and unlock properly when using the key.
CAUTION: Always turn the ignition switch to "OFF" before connecting the scan tool.


Connect the scan tool (MUT-II) to the data link connector.
Close all doors.
Within 10 seconds after connecting the scan tool, turn the ignition switch to the ON or ACC position and then back to OFF for 1 second. Do this procedure a total of three times. The doors will lock and unlock once at this time indicating that the system is in the registration mode. See Fig. 6.
Press either the LOCK or UNLOCK button on the transmitter to be registered three times within 10 seconds. The code is now registered.
After registration is completed, the door will lock and unlock once.
If there are two transmitters, register the first, then register the second using the same procedure within one minute. After completing the second registration, the doors will lock and unlock once.
NOTE: The registration mode will terminate under any of the following conditions:
When registration of the two transmitter secret codes is complete.
When 1 minute has passed after registration mode is started.
If the scan tool (MUT-II) is disconnected (ground is released).
If the ignition switch is turned ON.
If any door is opened.



Disconnect the MUT-II and remove the ignition key.
Verify that both transmitters operate properly.
