→Hi
→I have question on Item #: 511548
→Will the tablet with original Samsung cover fit into this holder?
→Or do I need to remove cover each time I want to insert the tablet?
→If I can't use tablet with cover, is there any holder that supports Tab 3 8.0 with covers?
→I'm interested in passive one
Ruben: Hello. Thank you for contacting us.
Ruben: Each of our holders are designed to accommodate only the bare device. Item 511548 unfortunately will not work with any cover/case attached to the device.
→If I can't use tablet with cover, is there any holder that supports Tab 3 8.0 with covers?
→I think I saw holders for other devices that support covers
→Do you have such for Tab 3?
Ruben: Unfortunately not every device has an option for use with a case. One universal option to utilize with tablets is item 215159 -
http://www.proclipusa.com/215159.aspx This however would adhere directly to the device.
→Ok, clear
→I have another question on iOauto then
→What's the "difference" in usage experience between custom holder and iOauto? Except the fact that I will have to attach iOmount "permanently" to my device
→I'm referring to iOauto Pro here
Ruben: The customer holders are specific to each device. The iOAuto solutions are more of a universal solution.
→That's clear, but when do you recommend to buy custom one instead of iOauto?
→... in what cases?
Ruben: While it would come to your personal preference, generally the custom holders are more ideal as they are more of a custom fit. The iOAuto would be a good solution if you aren't looking to be "locked/set" to one holder/device, as the iO solutions are more universal.
→ok, any other reason?
→I'm actually planning to use two devices smartphone+tablet
→Thus custom solution is noticeably more expensive
→But I still would like to get an advise in what cases it's preferred to buy custom solution instead of universal one
→Like - iOauto does not hold device as good as custom one
→So if you're on the bad road, device may fall out of iOauto
Ruben: The iO solution does use a pretty strong magnet. The iO solution would be much easier to switch between each device.
→What are the drawback of using iOauto vs custom holder?
→Because why buy custom one if iOauto exist and is always cheaper if you plan to use multiple devices
→?
→And visually iOauto is smaller than custom holder
→So if no device attached, iOauto is visually better
Ruben: There really isn't too much of a drawback. I suppose, the only thing would be that with the iO solution, you are still sticking a piece directly to the device.
→Is there any weight limit for devices in use with iOauto
→So for example if I plan to use MS Surface Pro 2 that is about 1kg, will iOauto be capable to hold it on a village/bad road?
Ruben: A large tablet (iPad, Samsung Galaxy) would be the maximum to utilize. Larger devices (displays, etc.) would not be ideal.
→Is there any negative impact of the magnet to band reception of the smartphone?
Ruben: No. That should not interfere with the reception.
→Ok, then probably the last queston
→And, probably the last question
→As of items availability in stock
→Are items 213065, 853981, 511548, 512398, 511398, 710305 in stock?
→So maybe I will choose based on availability...
Ruben: Not a problem. One moment while I take a look at that.
→tnx
Ruben: Thank you. As of this chat, all items are in stock except for item 512398. We are however expecting a shipment tomorrow, the 13th.
→If you get it tomorrow and I place order tomorrow, what are the chances to get it delivered to Iowa, Des Moines by next Wed?
→... Without using exp//x fxc3exxewxc/.f2 day shipping
Ruben: It is likely. Do you know the zip code for the shipping address? We are located in Madison, WI so Ground shipping should work.
→ZIP is 50266-2522
Ruben: Thank you. Yes Ground Shipping can be utilized. That zip code is a one-day ship point from when the order leaves our warehouse with Ground shipping.
→:)
→I will still bother you with some more questions about iOadapt
→As it may be my choise
→For some reason I can't find additional magnets on the webstore
→I tried to look in Accessories
Ruben: We do have them, however they are not yet posted on the web. They would need to be added manually.
Ruben: When you know all of the items you would like to purchase, a phone order would be ideal so that the items can be manually added.
Ruben: The Note 3 is OK to use with the iO solution. The GS4 however, cannot be used with it. With the magnet attached, when the parts connect it acts as though there is a flip cover on the device and makes the GS4 inoperable. It should not have an issue with wireless charging.
Ruben: Correct. No issues have been found.
Ruben: The magnet is strong, but not that strong. Not a problem

The magnet should not have that affect on the device/back cover.
Ruben: It would/does take some force for the device to come off. You may need to hold part of the back of device when pressing physical buttons.
Ruben: Yes, you can. There is a comments/notes section during checkout. You can reference my name (Ruben) there. Thank you.
→Ok, thank you again, Ruben for answers and patience.
Ruben: Not a problem. Thank you.
→I guess you helped me to clarify 95% of my questions. The remaining 5% I still have to decide what are the questions
→Bye!
→Sorry, what's the price for extra iOadapts?:)
Ruben: Not a problem. They are $5.00 each. You can reference item#710302 for the adapt, and item 710303 ($3.00) for the skin.
