A warm hello from India!
I am a proud owner of a 2013 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport in India. I wanted to join this forum to share and also leverage on the common knowledge base and look forward to your support.
We have the thailand model which is assembled in India in 4x4 MT and 4x2 AT versions. No 4x4AT yet.
My vehicle is a 4x4 MT with 2.5 L , 178PS Diesel engine.
My questions to the gurus here is, the India model doesnt come with Cruise Control and ASTC.
I managed to source the cruise control steering panel and brake switch and did a DIY and got cruise control working.
I was similarly wonder if i could do something about activating the ASTC as well - would i need to procure sensors , update ECU ? can anyone please help guide me with this ?
I apologise in advance if my post has any mistakes and doesnt comply to forum rules - i can unfortunately speak only english. So please bear with me.
I look forward to make some friends here and share thoughts.

The links and discussions items you sent were very useful, language barriers apart i tried hard to understand them.
Regarding the CC installation :- here is what i did with the cc installation myself.

I didnt procure the clutch sensor at all, its something new i learnt from the links above. Can someone please reconfirm the clutch sensor part number of a manual 4x4 pajero sport and how difficult is this installation process ?
What happens in my case is if i press the clutch the rpm goes up slightly and the cc disengages, as a practice i never use clutch for disengaging cc,but a clutch sensor seems to be the answer for solving this aberration i think.
The articles on astc seem to be discussion ones or seems like it has only been done on ASX/outlander - i wonder if the part numbers and procedure is same for a pajero sport. Appreciate further insights and discussions on this.
