Anyone tried these and what's your impressions?

I'm using these tyres for 5 month already. 275/65-18, my firend using it on FJCruiser, 265/70-17.

We are absolutely satisfied by these tyres.
It's noisy, but it it clear, much heavier than stock tyres.
But it has strong sidewalls, good grip.. So, I'm happy.

Fuel consumption vs stock tires increased by 1-1.5 liters.

Anyway, what's the correct PSI for this size?
Is there a better tire than Cooper STT for mud, rocks, snow and not so noisy? I've heard of the Maxxis Trepador...

Correct PSI for 265x75r16 depends from load. For p2 with 2-4 ppl load it will be for front 29-30, rear - 30-32 psi.

In Russia we not use PSI to measure tyre pressure. We use ATM or BAR.
I use for front 2.0-2.2 atm, for rear - 2.2-2.4 on 31x10.5r15 tyres.

And remember-winter tyres for winter, at tyres - for other seasons.
Spikes or not, it depend where you drive. Buying spiked tyre for driving on clean road like skating on ice.

I'm running these tires all year, on road and off road as well.
But I'm qurious what kind of tires you people use for mud and snow, without sacrificing on road performance/safety. Is there any specific tire that, from your experience, works best?

In Russia, weather conditions differs from Greece
During winter time, STT is not the best choice for regular road, covered with ice and snow. I am really satisfyed with STT on mud and stones, at clear road also, but am using winters tyres (in my case - Cooper Discoverer M+S) for roads, when the temperature is below zero.

Well, I'm very disappointed from STTs in mud.... not suitable for a 2 ton truck like pajero... I'm thinking of buying Interco's Super Swampers TSL radial.... Anyone tried it?

Ну насколько я понял, он резину уже поставил... Вопрос..а сам то как?
Какой смысл спрашивать как ведет себя резина, если ты на ней ездишь. Или ещё не купил?Судя по всему она грязевая, а не шоссейка, есть повод испытать.
Какая у него резина была до этого не пишет..Хотя в других темах им указанны на фотах разные машины. Вопрос: Сколька ездим на резине, что было до этого, как эсплуатироваллась данная новая резина...
А на мой взгляд Ханка будет получше...

I'm running on STTs for one year now. It's a good all-purpose tire, but it seems that it can't perform good in mud. That's why I'm asking about the Super Swampers or a better tire.
My pajero is the NL, 1999 model, V6 3500. You can see it here... stuck in mud.
By the way, this trip is the reason why I'm looking for a better M/T tire.
