Вот что надо проверять по Вашей ошибке:
DTC P0136: REAR HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (HO2S) CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION (FEDERAL)
DTC Set Criteria
Rear HO2S signal voltage is .1 volt or less for 3 minutes or more after engine started. Engine coolant temperature is 176°F (80°) or more. Engine speed is more than 1200 RPM. Volumetric efficiency is more than 25 percent. Code will set when input voltage supplied to Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module (ECM/PCM) interface circuit is 4.5 volts or more when 5 volts is applied to rear HO2S output line via a resistor. Monitor is run once per drive cycle for 7 seconds.
Same conditions as described in previous criteria, plus Volume Airflow (VAF) sensor output frequency is 113 Hz or more. At least 20 seconds have passed since fuel shut off control was canceled. Front HO2S outputs .5 volt or more. Code will set when air-fuel ratio becomes 15 percent richer for 10 seconds and rear HO2S output voltage is .1 volt or less. Monitor is run once per drive cycle for 10 seconds.
Engine coolant temperature is 176°F (80°C) or more. Barometric pressure is 11 psi (76 kPa) or more. Front HO2S is active. Engine runs for at least 10 seconds when air-fuel ratio is rich. Rear HO2S output voltage is .4 volt or more before fuel shut off starts. Monitor is run while fuel is being shut off. Code will set if at least one second has passed before rear HO2S output voltage falls to .15-.40 volt. Or code will set if at least 3 seconds have passed before rear HO2S output voltage falls to .15 volt or less.
Probable Cause
Rear HO2S failed.
Open circuit in rear HO2S output line.
Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module (ECM/PCM) failed.
Diagnostic Procedure
NOTE: For terminal identification, see TERMINAL IDENTIFICATION in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - INTRODUCTION article. For circuit and wire color identification, see WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
Using scan tool, check data list item No. 59 (rear heated oxygen sensor). Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Accelerate engine to wide open throttle. Output voltage should be .6 volt or more. If scan tool readings are as specified, problem is intermittent. See INTERMITTENT DTCS under CIRCUIT TESTS. If scan tool readings are not as specified, go to next step.
Check wiring harness between rear HO2S and ECM/PCM connectors. Also check intermediate connectors. Repair as necessary, then go to step 5 . If wiring is okay, go to next step.
Check rear HO2S 4-pin connector and ECM 28-pin connector and 30-pin connector, or PCM 26-pin and 28-pin connectors. Repair or replace as necessary, then go to step 5 . If connectors are okay, go to next step.
Replace rear HO2S. Test drive vehicle following OBD II drive cycle pattern. See HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR MONITOR and OTHER MONITOR under OBD-II DRIVE CYCLES in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - INTRODUCTION article. Check readiness test status for heated oxygen sensor monitor. If readiness test status is complete, check for DTCs. If readiness test status is incomplete, drive vehicle in OBD-II heated oxygen sensor monitor pattern again. Check scan tool for DTCs. If DTC P0136 resets, replace ECM/PCM, then go to next step. If there are no DTCs, inspection is complete.
Test drive vehicle following OBD II drive cycle pattern. See HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR MONITOR and OTHER MONITOR under OBD-II DRIVE CYCLES in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - INTRODUCTION article. Check readiness test status for heated oxygen sensor monitor. If readiness test status is complete, repair is verified. If readiness test status is incomplete, drive vehicle in OBD-II heated oxygen sensor monitor pattern again. Check scan tool for DTCs. Confirm DTC does not reset.
